Crema is a blend of Brazil, Ethiopia and Indonesia.

Brazil, Belo Horizonte, Cerrado Minas Gerais – Pulped natural coffee with notes of chocolate and nuts

Ethiopa, Djimmah, Oromia Co-operative -Natural coffee with earthy notes and hints of dark chocolate

Indonesia, Madam Popa – Washed coffee with earth and tobacco notes

The roaster says: Dark smokey roasted nuts with hints of earthy notes. A medium to dark roast to give a great punch and cut through plenty of milk. Roasted light enough to keep sweetness yet dark enough to develop a great crema.

As the name suggests great as espresso in your Machine, Stovetop or Aeropress.
