Many people will have seen our Red and white 1956 Opel fire engine out and about. After many years of regular use in the German fire service it was sold off in the late 1990s. It then had all of the specialist equipment removed and was converted into a camper. When we found this truck in London it was in a sorry state, as it had been stood for more than two years after the engine had suffered catastrophic damage. After more than a year of work, it is back in regular use, and is almost ready to be put back to work. If you see us out and about give us a wave.
